Terms & Conditions of Use of the 99 Cuci Platform for Malaysian Players

1Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Welcome to 99 Cuci, an online entertainment and betting platform operating in Malaysia. This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and 99 Cuci ("Platform", "We").

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the platform 99 Cuci — including the website, Sports Betting services, slots games, Live Casino, e-sports, and virtual sports — you automatically agree to comply with all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines set out in this document, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Syarat, you are advised not to register an account and to discontinue using the platform 99 Cuci with immediate effect.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the platform 99 Cuci, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Malaysian citizens or permanent residents based in Malaysia.

• Not subject to any legal restriction under any act or legislation that prohibits the use of online betting services.

99 Cuci reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Should a member be found not to meet the eligibility requirements above, the account will be terminated and any funds obtained through unauthorised activity will be forfeited.

3Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the platform 99 Cuci. Opening multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without any compensation.

Upon registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including:

• Full name as per your Malaysian identity card (MyKad)
• An active Malaysian mobile number that is in your own name
• A valid and active email address
• Exact date of birth
• Malaysian bank account or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes

You are solely responsible for ensuring your account information remains up to date. 99 Cuci will not be held liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated information.

4Deposits & Financial Transactions

Platform 99 Cuci accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods:

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. 99 Cuci does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit suspected to originate from a third party will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposited funds may not be transferred to another member or used for any purpose other than gameplay on the platform 99 Cuci.

5Withdrawal of Winnings

Withdrawal of winnings at 99 Cuci processed subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Withdrawal processing takes 15 to 30 minutes under normal circumstances, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• In certain circumstances requiring additional verification, the withdrawal process may take up to 24 hours.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000 per day.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

6Bonus & Promotions

Platform 99 Cuci offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to add value for our members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in each promotional offer, as well as the following general guidelines:

• The Welcome Bonus may only be claimed once only by each eligible new member.
• All bonuses are subject to a rollover requirement (re-wagering) that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted. Standard rollovers range from 5x to 15x the bonus amount received.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly exchanged for cash.
• The validity period of each bonus is as stated in the respective promotional terms — typically between 7 and 30 days.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the rollover requirement is met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• 99 Cuci reserves the right to withdraw any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or activity that violates these terms.

7Betting Rules

All betting activity on the platform 99 Cuci — including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, e-sports), slots, Live Casino, and Virtual Sports — are subject to the following general rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified, except under exceptional circumstances as determined by management 99 Cuci.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, 99 Cuci reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the stake amount.
• Official results from sports governing bodies (such as FIFA, the Badminton World Federation, or the Malaysia Super League) are final for the purposes of bet settlement.
• Matches postponed beyond 12 hours from the original time will be considered void and the wager amount will be refunded.
• Odds may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply.
• The minimum bet for Sports Betting is RM 5 and the maximum bet is subject to the limits set for each event.

For slots and Live Casino games, the RTP (Return to Player) for each game is as stated by the respective game provider. All games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness.

8Prohibited Activities

Member 99 Cuci is strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities. Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action:

• Identity fraud: Registering an account using another person's name, documents, or information.
• Multiple accounts: Opening more than one account with the intention of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing betting limits.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any technological tool to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Payment fraud: Using a credit card, bank account, or e-wallet that does not belong to you, or dishonestly reversing legitimate transactions (chargebacks).
• Money laundering: Using the platform 99 Cuci for any money laundering or other illicit financial activities.
• Game manipulation: Colluding with other players, agents, or insiders to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Bonus abuse: Using strategies designed to exploit the bonus system without genuine intent to play.
• System disruption: Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt platform operations through any technical means.

9Account Suspension & Closure

99 Cuci reserves the right to suspend or close any member account in the following circumstances, without prior notice:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member does not meet the age or location eligibility requirements.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Activities suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.
• At the member's own request through a self-exclusion programme or voluntary account closure.

If an account is closed due to a violation, 99 Cuci reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings obtained through activities that violate these terms. Any legitimate original deposit balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our customer support team via live chat. Any eligible remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal within 3 business days.

10Privacy & Data Protection

11Liability Limits

99 Cuci will not be held liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the member themselves.
• Losses arising from internet disruption, device failure, or technical issues on the member's end.
• Any act or omission by third parties, including payment providers or game providers.
• Indirect losses, loss of profits, or unforeseeable losses.

Maximum liability limit 99 Cuci to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that member within the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

12Amendments to Terms & Conditions

99 Cuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, we endeavour to inform members of significant changes through:

• In-platform notification upon member login
• Email to the member's registered address
• Updating the "Updated" date at the top of this page

Platform Usage 99 Cuci continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and request withdrawal of any eligible balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through procedures established by management. 99 Cuci, and where necessary, through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
